The centrifuge machine is suitable to dry all the leafy or diced vegetables by centrifugal action with a predetermined cycle. Moreover, it appears, particularly suitable for fresh cut products.
The rotating basket is loaded from a conveyor belt, and at the end of the spin cycle, it spills the product on a discharging belt.
The speed of loading and centrifugation are adjustable by the control unit. The standard processing cycle lasts 1 minute. Its main innovation concerns the implementation of a new braking system which allows a considerable energy recovery.
