The trimming table was made to ensure the maxim ease during the selection phase. Designed to allow cleaning and optimal selection of leafy vegetables, it respects all the ergonomic criteria, although it fits to any type of space. The product goes directly into the crates of the conveyor belt, where the operators receive it and take care how to select it. The product is directly charged in crates on an appropriate idler roller conveyors, then is transported in front of each operator who withdraw the product and proceed with the operations of selection. Thanks to some appropriate slides all the working rejects will be convoyed to the lower part of the table to be then transported to the outside of the processing room. The selected product is put on the higher part of the trimming table by the operator from which it will be transported to the next working phases.
