This kind of tank allows to make the first phase of washing of all the vegetables. The progression of the product is made by a hydrodynamic thrust produced by the circulation pump. The feeding times are such to allow a good sanitation of the product. A special fan has the function to accelerate the washing action, a technique well known as bubbling. The product is extracted from the prewashing tank by a conveyor belt and then moved to the next washing phase.
