Description
The DEW 800 double elevator belt with dewatering system is designed to receive, accumulate and transport the product, while simultaneously promoting the removal of excess surface water before the next processing stage.
The machine consists of
- Positioning structure made of round tubular sections

Functional features
During transport, the product is conveyed on the two 2x2 monofilament mesh belts and passes through the suction sections positioned along the route. The stainless steel fans generate the suction required to remove residual water from the product surface, promoting drainage before the product moves on to the next stage of the line. The double-belt configuration also makes it possible to manage product accumulation and advancement in a controlled manner, contributing to the continuity of the production process.
