Description
The AIRS aeroseparator is an automatic system designed to separate the lighter parts from the main product by means of a controlled airflow, ensuring continuity and consistency during the process.
The machine consists of

Functional features
The product passes through the separation area where the airflow, generated by the two axial fans, acts on the lighter components, allowing them to be separated from the main product. The adjustable air nozzle makes it possible to modulate the airflow according to product characteristics and process conditions. Separation takes place inside the expansion chamber, while the motorized and self-cleaning perforated counter-belt helps maintain a continuous and regular process, reducing the need for intervention during operation.
