The crates are introduced into the washing tunnel and conveyed by a stainless steel chain system with pushers, ensuring smooth and regular movement throughout the entire cycle. Washing is carried out through dedicated pipes supplied by a recirculation pump, with the possibility of adjusting the intensity on the different branches of the circuit, while a piston pump feeds the rotating nozzles connected to the mains water supply. Process water is collected and managed through an independent tank equipped with level probes and an automatic self-cleaning belt filter, allowing separation and collection of any residues. The structure is entirely made of stainless steel and is equipped with inspection doors, safety guards and an outfeed accumulation roller conveyor.

The on-board electrical panel, complete with inverter, also allows the crate conveying speed to be adjusted according to washing requirements, ensuring high operating flexibility and ease of use.
