During the washing process, the product is moved inside the tank through the combined action of the bubbling system and the pushing sections, supplied by the recirculation pumps. The insect filter and the self-cleaning belt filter promote the separation and removal of processing scraps and residues, while the accumulation tank allows water management and recirculation. The CIP system enables automatic internal cleaning of the bubbling pipes, facilitating sanitation operations. The product is finally extracted by means of the monofilament mesh belt and subjected to a final rinse through a dedicated adjustable cascade.
