The machine is made of stainless steel with a welded tubular supporting structure complete with self-levelling feet and is equipped with a recirculation pump dedicated to the product propulsion section, complete with piping and valves for flow adjustment. Process water is managed through an independent filter tank equipped with level probes, inspection window and bottom drain valve with pneumatic actuator, while an automatic belt filter with 1x1 monofilament mesh provides continuous separation of impurities. The bubbling system, supplied by a dedicated fan and stainless steel piping, promotes uniform product movement and washing, followed by a cascade rinse. The tank also integrates an automatic system for internal sanitation of the piping and a sloped-roof HIGH CLEAN stainless steel enclosure for pneumatic and electrical components.

At the end of the cycle, the product is extracted by a monofilament mesh conveyor driven by an IP67 stainless steel motorized drum and equipped with a product release system; the tilting head facilitates cleaning, sanitation and maintenance operations.
