The product is introduced into the tank and kept properly submerged by means of a dedicated paddle wheel, complete with a filter for insect separation. The movement of the water promotes the removal of impurities and residues present on the product. The tank is equipped with a double mud removal system for the automatic and continuous management and extraction of the sludge generated during the washing process. A first motorized mud remover, positioned underneath the washing tank and complete with hard rubber scrapers, collects and conveys the sediments deposited on the bottom. A second motorized elevating mud remover subsequently extracts the sludge from the process, allowing its continuous discharge. The stainless-steel recirculation pump ensures proper water circulation within the system, while the automatic belt filter contributes to the separation of impurities present in the process water. The water level is managed by dedicated sensors, while the drain valves with pneumatic actuator allow the discharge operations to be managed automatically. At the end of the washing cycle, the product is removed from the tank by means of an extraction conveyor belt equipped with dedicated lamps for visual inspection of the product during its passage.

The machine is manufactured with a press-bent sheet metal structure and integrates washing, impurity separation, continuous sludge extraction and product inspection into a single system, reducing the need for manual intervention and ensuring continuity of the production process.
