The trimming table mod. BM3 organizes manual operations through three independent transport flows. The product to be selected is fed by means of a belt equipped with a loading hopper and a reinforced structure for supporting crates. Operators carry out selection and preparation operations at the dedicated workstations, separately conveying the accepted product and waste onto their respective belts. This configuration keeps the incoming product, selected product and waste separate throughout the entire processing operation, ensuring continuity and order in the process. The availability of 4 to 30 workstations allows the number of operators to be adapted to production requirements.

The trimming table mod. BM3 is a modular solution designed for manual product selection and preparation activities, developed to provide an ergonomic and rational organization of the workstations. The stainless steel structure, PVC worktops with knife holders, anti-slip platforms and provision for LED lighting make each workstation complete and functional for the operator. The modular configuration from 4 to 30 workstations allows the machine to be configured according to different production capacities and plant organization requirements.
