The trimming table mod. BM2 allows operators to manually carry out product selection, inspection and preparation operations, keeping the accepted product and processing waste separate. The individual workstations are organized to facilitate manual operations, thanks to the PVC worktops, dedicated tool holders and chutes for waste removal. Full crates are handled by means of a stainless steel idle roller conveyor, while the independent belts ensure separate transport of the selected product and waste. The configuration from 4 to 12 workstations allows the table to be adapted to different production requirements and to the number of operators required for the specific application.
